I am glad I got the cover. I was afraid of scratching the screen, now I don't have to worry about it when I put it in my bag. The Kindle is kind of slick and less so with the cover. I recommend getting a cover of some sort.

Good looking cover, love the feel inside.
Good hooks.
But, i already dropped my Kindle twice, (yeah i know, i cried too) and on one of the corner the paint chipped.....
Why my cover didn't protect my Kindle???? (That was part of the crying sob i had: '' Why! Why! (sob,sob)''.
Wider cover might protect more but decreases the portability.
Stronger spring and backing might keep the kindle tighter inside the cover.
I have no snappy thingy straps....
Maybe inside the back cover they should add little rubber corners....
Not totally satisfied....
